“After a devastating shoulder injury, obtaining a second opinion from Reno Orthopaedic Clinic became a life-changing and positive experience. During my consultative visit, Dr. Dobbs gave me what I needed most at that time, HOPE. Although I knew I had only one shot (as the damage was extensive), Dr. Dobbs felt that he could make a difference… and HE DID! I cannot begin to express my appreciation to Dr. Dobbs for his extra effort, overall caring, compassion, patience, and candor during that first visit. The staff at Reno Orthopaedic Clinic went above and beyond my expectations, from the assistants, to x-ray technicians, to front desk staff, and the financial assistant regarding insurance and surgery scheduling. I realize I still have a long road ahead to get back to my full range of motion; however, with Dr. Dobbs excellent knowledge and surgical skills, I am well on my way and expect to return to all the activities I use to enjoy. I have since sung ROC’s praises to anyone who will listen and I personally would never go to anyone else again. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.”
