The ROC Sports Performance Team focuses on the body's muscular balance, increasing muscle efficiency, decreasing the risk of injury, and taking overall athletic performance to a new level. Our performance services cover every aspect of the athletic health continuum. From immediate injury assessment and rehabilitation by our Physicians Certified in Sports Medicine, to our Physical Therapists, Certified Athletic Trainers, and Strength and Conditioning Specialists, we work together in a seamless process to provide the best, most thorough treatment.
