Alexis Erlach, MSN, APRN, FNP-C received her initial Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2006 and taught locally for three years. She obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing as valedictorian in 2009, later returning for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2021. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) and appreciates caring for both pediatric and adult patients. Alexis anticipates finishing her Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) from the National Institute of First Assisting (NIFA) in 2026. She is a Reno native and is grateful to serve the community where she grew up.  While spending nearly ten years in dermatology, Alexis spent time volunteering to suture for a local hockey club. This helped her realize her passion for orthopedics and sports medicine. Alexis has a personal history as a professional ballerina, is a skier, and most recently found a love of hockey with her family.  She is excited to have joined Reno Orthopedic Center.

ROC has always been good - on time, very efficient, had two surgeries, and getting ready for a third. Dr. Dobbs and Suzanne Flint have both been very helpful in identifying my problem and fixing it. They listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. I'm very appreciative.
