Benjie graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine with a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. He is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Benjie was born and raised in Reno and also completed his Bachelor's degree in Community Health Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
