Ask Yourself:

• Do my legs feel tired or heavy by evening?
• Do my ankles swell?
• Do I have aching or throbbing?
• Do I see bulging varicose veins?
• Is the skin near my ankles darker or thicker?

If yes, you may have venous reflux.
