May 12th I got shoulder surgery (labrum repair, bicep tendinosis, with remplissage) I couldn’t have been more blessed with the absolute privilege of having my surgery done by Alex Lencioni. Not only has he had the utmost support, care, and concern for me before and after surgery but he also did an amazing job fixing my shoulder during surgery. Post surgery I’ve had no bruising and my scars are so faint. My shoulder is healing right on schedule. I couldn’t have been placed with a better surgeon. His bedside manner is superb and his assistant (Brooke) has been very helpful and caring as well. Top it all off, Dr. Lencioni has gone above and beyond to support me in my recovery post op, he’s truly a god sent. Thank you Dr. Lencioni and Brooke!

Dr. Lencioni is awesome at what he does. He’s patient and takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns and also answers all of your questions. I would highly recommend him along with the ROC in Reno.

Dr. Lencioni (Alex) has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. He takes the time to understand you and your goals and adjusts his approach accordingly. He has knowledge and practice with modern surgical techniques and clearly takes time to review new research in his field. I could not make a stronger recommendation. While I hope I never need another knee surgeon, he’ll definitely be my first call if I do.
