All the staff were courteous and punctual. Dr. Warren was professional, knowledgeable and informative. The knee injection itself was quick, relatively pain free, and very effective.

Although I have been a patient at ROC before, my prior orthopedic surgeon had retired. This was my first visit with my new surgeon. I found Dr. Warren to be extremely cordial, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience with him and will absolutely go back to him if needed. He is an asset to ROC.

The service is great in ROC and I was in Urgent walk-in care the first time and I got to see Dr. Shay Warren right away, he took good care of me!! I set up a follow up appointment with him easily.
