Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2016 from the University of Nevada, Reno. She started her nursing career on the Cardiac ICU and progressed to being an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner for 5 years. Heather loves the Reno-Tahoe area as she was born and raised here. She enjoys camping, hunting, and going on UTV rides with her husband and kids. Heather was very excited to join the Center for Foot & Ankle in 2021.

My experience with ROC and Heather Carroll, APRN, has been outstanding! Heather is kind, caring, patient, and knowledgeable! She was very thorough in her analysis of my broken foot and exceptional in guiding me through the process to getting back to on hundred percent. I trusted her and she gave me the confidence to gradually increase my physical activity throughout the process so I could get back to being me!!! Thank you, Heather!!!
