The Online bill pay website called Doxo.com is NOT affiliated with Reno Orthopedic Center (ROC). Doxo.com is a third-party website that allows people to pay their bills via their site. However, doxo.com charges customers an extra fee and ROC cannot control when we will receive the payments from doxo.com, possibly resulting in your account being sent to collections for non-payment. Please note, ROC never charges a fee to pay online.
Using MyChart to pay for visits before September 17th. Starting 9/10/25, all ROC clinics will be transitioning to a New MyChart for billing. If your appointment is before 9/17/25 you can pay your bill directly through your MyChart account on the web or mobile app or by using the "Pay as Guest" option.
