I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Florida after completing my undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Vermont. Originally from Virginia, I developed an appreciation for an active outdoor lifestyle—values that continue to shape my approach to physical therapy.

 

I am a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and athletic recovery. I believe in the mission of physical therapy to improve the human experience. I am passionate about continually expanding my knowledge and applying what I learn both in the clinic and in my own pursuit of an active lifestyle.

 

Outside of work, you can find me strength training, snowboarding, splitboarding, mountain biking, or planning my next surf adventure.
