After several weeks at ROC, I had a quality learning experience. I was paired with a preceptor who created a supportive and engaging environment that fostered learning and growth. Dr. Uppal was a very effective preceptor who provided during my clinical experience clear expectations, regular feedback, and opportunities for practice and self-reflection. For example, Dr. Uppal created quality learning experiences by offering real-world cases and scenarios to help students apply what they learn in the classroom to patient care.
